Policies and Procedures

CLOSING POLICY

If it is necessary to cancel classes due to inclement weather, the decision will be made as early as possible. Please make sure we have a current e-mail as we will send out e-emails if we decide to close.  It will also be on AIM HIGH ELITE'S Facebook page, the answering machines, and twitter.  If we cancel classes, make up times will be posted at a later date.

MAKE UP POLICY:

No make up classes are offered for missed classes unless AHE cancels classes.

Student Drop Off and Pick Up Procedure:

Students will be dropped off at the front door and will check in with the front desk upon their arrival.

Preschool and Big Gym will be picked up at the back door of the building. All dancers upstairs will exit the side dance room door, unless you have received an email stating that your child will be picked up differently. Dancers will not be released Into lobby. 

Students will not be released after class to walk up the steps. Parents must meet their student around back or designated area. Follow the cones around the back of the building. Only the first 3 cars will be sent their children. Parents are to remain in their vehicle in the pickup line, please do not exit the vehicle to buckle car seats, open doors, etc. If that is required, please park in back parking lot and walk to the back door to pick up your child. Safety Is our first priority. 

Dress Code: ALL CLASSES NEED HAIR PULLED UP OUT OF FACE BEFORE ARRIVAL

Preschool Tots and Twisters: Students will wear leotards with tights (tan or pink). Please do not wear leotards with attached skirts. Students will need pink ballet and black tap shoes. It Is suggested to bring both pairs of shoes each week In a dance bag.

Tumbling and Gymnastics: Students will wear leotards, tight fitted tank, or sports bra and athletic shorts. No shoes are required. 

Dancers: leotards, sports bra or tight fitting tank. Tights are a must (tan or pink). Students need pink ballet and black tap shoes. 

Hip Hop: Tight fitted tank or sports bra with leggings or athletic shorts. Students must wear clean tennis shoes. 

Cheerleaders: Students will wear sports bra and athletic shorts or tight fitted tank and athletic shorts. Shoes must be light weight and clean.
