Checking Students In/Out At Recital

Performers Check-In-

Check-In- Check in begins 30 minutes before the shows. We will have a Skip-The-Line Option again this year; you will recieve an email.

We are dedicated to the safety of our students, and want to ensure that all children are accounted for and met with the correct guardians after the show.

Students and one guardian will check-in at the side of the building. Guardians must bring a phone/mobile to the check-in/out. After the student is checked in, the guardian will then proceed to the entrance of the building to take his/her seat. The student will join the AHE staff member who will take him/her to the back auditorium to join their class.

Performers Check-Out-

After the show, students will all take one final bow. You will then notice that each class is held in a designated area with a sign to indicate what class it is located outside the auditorium, underneath tents. The guardian (that was present upon check-in) will then line up in a designated area and show their check-in confirmation. After showing the check-in confirmation (that will be on your mobile device), the child will be released to the guardian
